Follow up for #216 (Mini V1), similar problem is present for Mini V2.
FLASH is programmed successfully, however FPGA remains executing currently loaded gateware - thus the update is useless until the device is hard power cycled - remote devices cannot be updated.
Is there a way to force FPGA reconfigure from software?
