The room closes after the last participant leaves.

I want to create a room with a permanent link (room ID). So that every time I don't have to create a room and send the link to the participants of the meeting. This works as long as there is someone in the room, but when the last participant disconnects, the room will automatically close after ~10 sec. How can I fix this?
