PERL script get an error "Cannot understand parameter SHORTCUT" #28

I copied script content from site, and run it getting an error like this.

I checked the content from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vTTZN-R0h99A6x2Xc74PA1NuAFLQbUx8Kw_DsKvZPkJ2Hh_-knqQoeS6Yd07Yb2VoWR7LITIRnTAkSt/pub?gid=0&single=true&output=tsv

seems some shortcut in this file

But I am not familiar with perl, Can anyone tell me what happens and fix it?
