Remove a specific editor/panel

Currently the last panel is always removed, but this is not always what a user might want. It would be nice if the Layout allows to remove a specific panel instead of just removeing the last one that was added.

Nice to have:
Maybe the layout (in the settings) should show the different pannels and their selected language as a list. Allowing for re-ordering the panels and removing/adding specific panels. For example it could look like:
