[Simple Menu] Should not highlight first item by default #9404

I think it's a tad confusing when dealing with a non-select menus to have the first option constantly highlighted, as if it was currently selected, considering there's none to be selected. It should not apply selected to the first option by default or should remove it when the user is hovering on an another item.
What do you think, guys?
