0.7.0 install not working

Quick notice that the 0.7.0 install wasn't working for me. Even after manually running the prepublish scripts I was then getting parsing errors. I think the scripts need to be specified as postinstall and the index.js should be looked at too

@pgruenbacher I tested this out on the example project and it works fine for me. However, I did run into a problem with gulp-less v2.0.3 and had to upgrade to v3.0.0.

@hai-cea oh yea I'll upgrade gulp-less as well then thanks. You're right the example project works fine. I think the problem was when I was trying to render mui on the server-side. I'm using 0.6.1 for now but I'll update when I re-explore the issue.
