No ripples in IconMenu on tablet (Nexus 7)

When I tap on menu item there's no ripple and menu closes with a delay. Ripple works on desktop Chrome. Using 0.14.0-rc2 on Nexus 7 with Android 6.0

How can I help? How can I debug this?

If you press and hold your finger for a few milliseconds before releasing does the ripple happen? I have a feeling this bug is the same as I see on the project docs page when you tap some button very quickly the ripple doesn't happen (I'm working on this, fingers crossed will find a good fix).

I confirm. I have seen this many time.

I've filed #3484 to track that bug and fix it. I think this is probably the same issue, so we can probably merge this into that unless @HriBB can confirm the ripple isn't working even if he/she holds their finger down on the IconMenu.
