MenuList slow performance with around 100 items #23016

I have a MenuList with 100 items, and it takes some time to render the list. From here I can see there was a reported issue, but as far as I can see the last activity was on 2016... any improvement on this?

I need to know if there is any workaround on this, in order to enhance the performance for rendering these items within a MenuList.
