I really like the Ice Encounter Window that gives an easy-to-parse summary of the ice currently being encountered during a run. By "Ice Encounter Window" I'm referring to the upper half of this image:
Normally this window appears when the user hovers over the text "Encounter ice: [ice name]". There's a bug which sometimes causes the window to stay open, but I really like that stay-open behavior because of how informative that window is and its location relative to the most common actions the corp would take during the encounter.
So my suggestion is to add an option, similar to the "Keep zoomed cards on screen" option for hovering over cards, which would automatically open the Ice Encounter Window when an encounter begins and keep it open without requiring the user to hover over the "Encounter ice: [ice name]" text.
