When creating a vaccine course, you can leave its name to be nothing. Is this expected?

Expected behaviour 🤔

If this is a desired behaviour and we have a required prop for the text field. We should probably add it?

How to Reproduce 🔨

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Immunizations page
2. Select a program
3. Add a vaccine course
4. Leave name empty
5. Update a different value and save
