Another set of metrics associated with store operation will be presented in separate tables and graphs including:

• Sync health
  • Days since last synced
  • Records queued to send
  • Records sent / received over time (chart and graph)
• Orders:
  • Number of un-confirmed purchase orders / supplier requisitions
  • Days since oldest un-confirmed purchase order / supplier requisition
  • Days since latest confirmed purchase order / supplier requisition
  • Number of un-finalised purchase orders / supplier requisitions
  • Days since oldest unfinalized purchase order / supplier requisition
  • Number of purchase orders / supplier requisitions placed over time (chart and graph)
  • Value of outstanding POs
• Incoming stock
  • Number of un-finalised GRs
  • Days since oldest new GR
  • Number of un-confirmed SIs
  • Days since oldest un-confirmed SI
  • Number of SIs confirmed over time (chart and graph)
• Stock on Hand (filterable by V, E, critical stock, normal stock, On essential drug list, In catalogue, programme master list, etc.). Refer Stock per item for selected Stores above, plus:
  • Days since last stocktake
  • Stocktakes over time (chart and graph)
  • Percentage of stock lines in stock over time (chart and graph)
• Value of stock over time (chart and graph)
• Stock likely to expire on the shelf
• Outgoing stock
  • Number of new (un-processed) customer orders / requisitions
  • Days since oldest new (un-processed) customer order / requisition
  • Number of unconfirmed customer invoices
  • Days since oldest unconfirmed customer invoices
  • Number of unfinalized customer invoices to mSupply store
  • Days since oldest unfinalized customer invoices to mSupply store
  • Number of CIs confirmed over time (chart and graph)

Notes:

• Selected stores: Need to be able to easily select stores by programme (e.g., all the TB programme
  stores) and this selection will be set as default by the login credentials.
• Selected items: Need to be able to easily select items by programme (e.g., all the TB programme
  items) and this selection will be set as default by the login credentials.
• Selected time periods: Need to be able to easily select time periods (e.g., today, this week, this
  month, this quarter etc. Should include ‘for all time’) and this selection will be set as default by the
  login credentials.
