1 - kill rakarth (high elf relations, better recruit cost and time for dinos due to rakarth not hunting them all down!)
2 - kill skrolk (gain tehenhauin confederation, anti corruption, kroak at oxyl, immunity/resistance to plagues)
3 - kill vampire coast, galleons graveyard (control, construction time) - With the deathless ones no longer plaguing Lustria's shores the Great Plan can continue without impediment.
