Can I get specific body classes onto the Site Editor, Template Parts, and Block Editor to use for custom styles?

As of right now, I believe this is blocked upstream. See WordPress/gutenberg#17854

:has() is a good replacement for some use-cases like when I detect if the post contains a heading block. However, it still doesn't support templates.
