For distributed configuration, I recommend the following approach: -- vim.g.rustaceanvim can be a function that returns a table (useful for lazy evaluation) or a table
local rustaceanvim_config = type(vim.g.rustaceanvim) == "function"
and vim.g.rustaceanvim()
or vim.g.rustaceanvim
or {}
vim.g.rustaceanvim = vim.tbl_deep_extend("force", rustaceanvim_config, {

Thank you. Although I wanted to use this method I don't think it will be possible for me. Rustacean is loaded only on filetype and when the If I want to do this way I'll have to refactor my config to have always a default config set... Or I can do the other way around. I have the snippet you posted on the default config side. {

There's no need to lazy-load on filetype, rustaceanvim takes care of that for you. In fact, lazy.nvim has to create a Edit: I see you're also calling other stuff in the vim.g.rustaceanvim = function()
local lspconfig = require('setup.lsp')
local settings = require('setup.lsp.rust').setup(lspconfig.capabilities(), lspconfig.on_attach)
-- ...
endit will only be evaluated when rustaceanvim lazy-loads itself. |

Feature description
Sorry for the silly question but I haven't been able to enable certain features with the config file.
I have a root file
rust-analyzer.jsonand I've tried setting:{ "cargo": { "features": ["dim3"] } }and
{ "rust-analyzer.features" ["dim3"] }and
{ "rust-analyzer.cargo.features" ["dim3"] }and more combinations, and none work
For context I'm working on this repo https://github.com/nickydonna/parry, particularly this section https://github.com/nickydonna/parry/blob/master/src/shape/trimesh.rs#L372
Sorry again if this is silly, but I don't know where to look
