Our vignette is currently not tied to the workflow. Is it possible to set up within the orderly workflow a task that would populate/build a vignette and publish it online? So that when the workflow is re-run, it takes the latest outputs and build an RMD and optionally publish it to gh-pages?
This is trivial if the entire workflow is being run on a single machine, but could we make the process smoother if the outputs are in more than one location?
