Feature request: Utility to create a dummy orderly project

Can we please have a function that will create a dummy orderly project with a couple of tasks, artefacts and dependancies? If I want to raise an issue, I to through these steps myself and it will be very useful if we had something handy. That way I can create a reproducible example with ease. I am looking for a fancier and persistent version of orderly_example().
