It seems that the webdav version does not create new todo.txt

I first install the webdav version (11.0.1) of this app, then login with webdav URL https://cloud.seafile.com/seafdav/seafile/software/simpletask which is an empty folder in cloud. Then I create a todo item, Sync, then it displays Saving of todo file failed, and there is no file created in the folder in the cloud. Then I create a new empty todo.txt in the cloud folder and Sync, then it works.
