目前討論區管理後台好像沒有這個功能…

關鍵字阻擋的一個問題是，太容易打造變形，防禦端會需要很頻繁的處理，
不只是全型半型大小寫空格而已 (雖然光是這樣就有很多花樣了)，
還有同音字，錯別字，或是中文順序不響影閱讀，
太多方式可以輕鬆躲掉關鍵字阻擋，從帳號跟IP來處理會是比較可行的做法
