We want datadog to send a notifier when the number of Sentry exceptions in a day spikes.

There is an official Datadog integration available for Sentry. Looking in the Integrations section it says we've already installed it. So it may be as simple as making sure the ATMO Sentry projects have the Datadog webhook set up.

@robotblake Does that make sense to you?
