[Request] Keep active, restore previous window on browser launch

As it is now, the sidebar tab is reloaded every time it is toggled and is completely blank when the browser is launched.

Please add a way to keep the side tab active in the background, and a way to restore said tab on browser launch.

hmm, there may be performance problems if we leave the side view page running in the background, particularly for users with many windows open. however I will relay this suggestion to the team working on the sidebar, thanks!
