Common Responses do not exist when replying on the mobile version of SUMO.

Steps to reproduce:

Tried to Reply to a forum question using a Common Response on mobile version of SUMO Forums.

Actual results:

Common Responses are not an option on the mobile version of SUMO.

Expected results:

Common Responses should be available on the mobile version of SUMO.

Is this something that can be implemented any time soon?
