This is based on feedback from the meeting we had today to discuss the code manager.

There was a desire expressed to be able to configure the file tree to skip particular files when navigating via keyboard shortcuts. Examples of files to be skipped include cose/sig, images, DS_Store, etc. It wasn't clear whether this would be a global setting in code-manager, so that all users would have the same files skipped over, or if it would be configurable for a single user. Also, whether this would be something than can be manually turned on and off was not discussed.

More discussion about this feature is needed.

It's possible that any file could contain malicious code and be loaded in the browser, so this could be dangerous right now. There is a discussion in a related bug that currently blocks this. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1588801
