A Kibana dashboard oriented around performance metrics of the Push service. Extracted from #56.

Dashboard will contain following information related to quality of the Push system:

  • Message Errors
    • Error rate breakdown by code for message acceptance failures
    • VAPID errors
  • Client Errors
    • Unsubscription Rate (code breakdown for quota vs. unsubscribe, etc)
    • User-drop Rate (Client hasn't connected recently enough to maintain record)

This has been superceded by Product using telemetry and other data sources for end-user engadgement, while our metrics have proven acceptable for our own QoS measurements.
