Have been seeing this for a while, currently on mac os 10.12.4:

$ jpm watchpost --post-url http://localhost:8888

Any idea what might be busted here?

Off the top of my head, no ideas. Unfortunately this command never had test coverage :(

Does --verbose add anything interesting?
