Describe the bug
The banner to join a group only offers to "Continue" or "Reject". It should have a link to the group details.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Receive an invite to a group.
Decide to look at the site directly rather than clicking in the email.
See a message You've been invited to join <group name> group ... Continue ... Reject

Expected behavior
There should have been a link to the group so that I can find out about it before I join it.
