It's better to have one class, that's responsible for all operation, instead of three different classes.
For example,

$xtp = new Xtp();

// Compile XSD

$xtp->generateCode($xsdFile);

// Marshal XML

$xtp->marshal($model, $xmlFile);

// Unmarshal XML

$xtp->unmarshal($xml);
