Filter posts by tags on a public blog page

currently tags are useful only for article discovery, which is not great.

my proposal is to show used tags (previewed in one or two lines, sorted to the left by most used) on public blog pages and when you click on one, it will show you posts on that page that use the specific tag

when there's more tags to fit on those one or two lines, hide them behind a "more tags" button which could either

• open a popup with tags
• open a dedicated tags page
• show all the tags on the same page (probably the best and simpliest UI to go with) with a "less tags" button to crunch them back to one or two lines
