Scan and some games not working with hoyoplay launcher

I have seen that the option to scan games detects new games in launcher like epic games, but in the hoyoplay launcher it does not detect them, since I just installed ZZZ and even if I use the automatic and manual option it does not detect that game and does not add it as a direct access to Steam.

And it seems that Genshin Star Rail doesn't work, the screen just stays black and nothing else happens.

@sawa-ko I haven't made a Scanner for hoyoplay yet, also that game doesn't work on linux.

It works on Linux, I have previously installed it with Junk Store (it was about 3 months ago I'm not sure if any new update has changed anything, which I doubt very much).

I found something curious... if you install ZZZ from the Epic store and open the launcher from the Epic store it seems that everything is going well, but if you try to open the launcher now from the shortcut in the non-Steam category it does not work, it closes instantly.

Edit: Yes, it seems that they have updated something of the anticheat and it is no longer possible to play. 😢

@sawa-ko that weird it should open... just so you're aware though.... there is two different kinds of installers for hoyoplay.... the "Epic games installer" and the "standalone hoyoplay installer" there is some difference between the files as well. This applies for all of hoyoplays games. Technically, as I've done this myself. You can install the epic games launcher of hoyoplay and use it to "force find" your standalone hoyplay games. It requires sometinkering though just fyi

@sawa-ko have you tried re-installing epic games?

In fact, the first time I installed it, it didn't open and an Unreal Engine error announcement came out, so I used the option to start fresh and installed it again and it worked, I'm using that installation in the video.

@sawa-ko strange..did you try a different proton?

I only tried the Proton GE that installed the plugin and then the official experimental steam Proton and in its latest version.
