Could we make it more flexible, using root folder?

filename should be made relative in FamixRequestor.acceptAST(...) (call to relativePath(...))

In ts2famix we don't do this perfectly, but we do have some "base" folder that comes from the typescript project, and we try to relativize the paths from that.

This is the same in VerveineJ with the method mentioned above
