Shift dates by intervall

We use this plugin for years and are very happy with it. We have now received multiple times an interesting feature request. It would be great if the user could shift (all or selected) dates by an intervall of x (minutes/hours/days/weeks/months/years). Our teachers would love this feature! Any chance for being developed?

@goggo24 I would go ahead and develop the code and share on GitHub. Then others can test it and add it to their version of the plugin even if it isn't ultimately accepted into this project.

@mspall we (AMC) currently has no reserves, all our resources are going into updating our own plugins to 4.2.
