Smart menu's not working correct on iPad #756

Hello Carl, we are currently reviewing a PR #602 that addresses the display of the smart menu for different media devices / screen sizes. Since the way the submenus behave will be changed I suggest this will be waiting to be fixed by the PR. Nevertheless I hereby mention @abias to have a brief look at this, and hopefully confirm it will be addressed. Regards |

It also doesn't work if you resize the browserwindow, so I imagine it has something to do with the collapse funcionality of the smart menu. |
Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
On a Moodle 4.5 environment with smart menu's with submenus is it so that the submenus don't open on an ipad if loading the browser version.
On a computer or iPhone no problem
