Extracting plain text values from descriptors

Hello, I'm in need to extract in plain text the information used by the plots of the ERB spectral flatness and centroid and the STFT spectral spread descriptors. In the workspace, precisely in the ALLDESC_s, I get the route of each descriptor, and then I find a row of numbers in scientific notation, but I don't know what they are/mean. I need the frequency over frames values for the spectral centroid and spread, and the coefficient over frames from spectral flatness, all in plain text, in order to construct statistical information outside Matlab. The plots work well, but I need the hard numbers in plain text. Can you help me? Thank you!
