Key results reporting period 2022/2023

  • Finished a working draft of the lexical matching pipeline based on OAK (@hrshdhgd)
  • Finished a working draft of the slurp pipeline, i.e. the process that imports terms from external ontologies into Mondo (@joeflack4)
  • Almost finished:
    • A working reconciliation workflow with boomer (QC for existing mappings -> Identifying and curating cliques, @hrshdhgd)
    • A progress monitor for see, with every mondo ingest sync run, how many terms are mapped, excluded, unmapped and so on (@joeflack4)
  • Early draft:
    • Syncing pipeline, i.e. a way to synchronise changes in upstream ontologies in Mondo (@joeflack4)

Notes

We made great progress with the technical team, but now we need a serious curation commitment to move forward. See also #26 (comment)
