Using this example, a minimum would be that from Cardiomegaly there would be links to enlarged heart & heart increased size, abnormal. More impressive would be to render the upheno + species specific phenotype terms in a tree like this on phenotype term pages.
It's possible that we need to load SSSOM mappings for this, if there aren't relationships in the ontology. I know the up and down to the upheno term is in the ontology, I'm not sure about the links across between species specific phenotype terms.
