Hitting back at swap file prompt hangs vim touch

Create a swap file, e.g. edit file, force kill vim so that a .filename.swp file exists.
Restart vim and edit that file.
A prompt comes up with More and Edit Anyway buttons.
Hit back.
Vim Touch is now hanged.
