I was wondering if you would consider switching to an MIT license.

The AGPL license prevents organizations from using not only this library but other libraries that depend on it.

Google's policies prohibit using libraries with a transient dependency on libraries licenced via the AGPL

It's actually not an AGPL license. Instead, it's a franken-license that combines the best from AGPL and LGPL into "LAGPL" that's unfortunately not OSI/FSF-approved. I think the best weak copyleft license with a closed cloud loophole is EUPL-1.2 and is OSI/FSF-approved. @moll would you please consider relicensing the library into EUPL? Assuming that weak copyleft license with a closed cloud loophole is what you wanted in the first place.
