TilEd Support & Library update.

Hi can you add support for adding maps from TilEd editor , currently MappyWin32 is okay but for better maps we need support for advance editor.

And documentation of tools is missing their working is described in compile.bat file only other than we don't have much information about all the tools included.

And can you add library from Doug he has some pretty useful utilities in his Github repo
