Policies and PolicyTemplates in init #183

Currently the policies and policytemplates are not being asked by the init command and thus left behind by default.

As they are an important part of an installation they should be included by default.

Example of the additional yaml is already added to the examples wiki page.

would be great to have all settings included in the init as default.
it's more easy to remove something when it's not needed than adding it manually.

Would be nice if there was a way for Gitify to automatically collect all available xPDO objects, even from third party packages, so it can do everything by default.
