This should pass:

expectTypeOf<(() => 1) & {x: 1}>().not.toEqualTypeOf<() => 1>()

Or more importantly this should fail:

expectTypeOf<(() => 1) & {x: 1}>().toEqualTypeOf<() => 1>()
