At current stage, it is recommended to run docker without NVIDIA gpu enabled for arm64 devices

As of current date, EWAOL Open AD Kit 1.0 blueprint is functioning with xLab AVA and @EldritchJS's Fedora laptop.

Pursuing Open AD Kit 2.0, currently unreleased, per the following:

Open questions:

1. How will autoware.universe and/or Open AD Kit 2.0 be used in the go-kart?
2. Per above, wrappers to Autoware functions that contain the currently used drivers?
3. Per above, replace current method drivers with Autoware ones?
