This has implications for #275 as well as #133, making both of those easier to solve. This would require either deprecating/removing or at least reimplementing the musicTrack property on MIKMIDITrack. It would likely make sense to do this at the same time as removing MIKMIDISequence's reliance on MusicSequence (#277).
