Documentation for SegmentedControl

Description
We are planning to create the documentation for the SegmentedControl component. The documentation will cover the sections "Overview" and "Guidelines." Once completed and implemented, the documentation will be available on the "Component" page of the style guide.

Planned: Documentation is planned but not yet started.
In Progress: Documentation is currently being created.
Awaiting Implementation: The documentation content is ready and waiting to be implemented.
