Coping with today's challenges does not automatically guarantee ability to cope with those of tomorrow. We want our organization to develop its vital forces in the changing environment. This research supports our managers in monitoring their professional growth and coping with future challenges.</div>
<div class="lead">Assessment of managerial competence both by the manager him/herself and by colleagues results in a more reliable assessment.</div>
<div class="lead">I am asking you to be open and honest when answering this questionnaire. There is nothing more damaging than insincere recognition. Having good proposals about what could be done better in management can help a lot.</div>

<li>On the right side of the page you can see the names of those to be assessed. To complete the questionnaire, all of those should be assessed.
<li>The name in RED and BOLD text is in the process of being assessed, we shall come to the names in GREY later on.
<li>To answer the question, click on the red-green stripe
<li>If you do not know how to answer, click on "I CAN NOT SAY"
<li>To change text already written in the textbox, click on the stripe above the textbox or on button " I CAN NOT SAY"
<li>After you have answered a question, the last answered question appears at the top of the screen.
<li>Questions that have been answered appear in green, those not answered yet in red.
<li>You can proceed with the next person to be assessed after answering ALL THE QUESTIONS about the previous one
<li>After all questions have been answered, the screen returns to the beginning of the questionnaire and the button READY appears under the list of the persons who were assessed on the right side of the page. Push the READY button and you can proceed with the next assessment or finish the work.
<li>Please note that you can change your answers only before pushing the READY button. Once you have done this, it will be impossible to change your answers.
