MITx Online Business Ops BI Reports

These are both critical for the business operations teams and the reports you are most likely to generate questions/issues.

  • Purchase Reconciliation
    • Allows the accounts receivable team to reconcile purchases & refunds against their financial services. The data are primarily downloaded and used in other platforms.
  • Customer Service
    • Allows the Customer Service team to quickly look up user information (e.g., enrollment, purchases, etc) so they can triage help requests.

Recent Engineering Internal Reports/Dashboards

OCW Dashboards

  • OCW Department Reports
    • Provides content/catalog metrics and select Google Analytics data by department.
  • OCW Course Reports
    • Provides content/catalog metrics and select Google Analytics data by department.

for each of these reports we should:

  • review the report: is it still functional?
  • is it still needed?
    • if not, unpublish and archive it
  • has it been ported to the data platform?
    • if not, port it

I took a quick look at these two, and I don't think they are useful anymore:

So, I archived them.
