Summary

ウィンドウで開きたいなら一度プレイヤーを閉じて再び開く必要があるので、そこを何とかしたいです

（iframe elementを移動させたらリロードされるので微妙ですが、そこはいまはどうにもできないです whatwg/dom#586 ）
