Currently there is no support for translation of strings in JavaScript files.

I might give https://github.com/emdemir/Flask-Babel-JS/ a try. Since it's not Flask-BabelEx compatible we need to wait for a merge of this PR to move back to Flask-Babel: python-babel/flask-babel#163
