What

Create, send and analyse a survey to understand the landscape of usability testing at MoJ.

Why

This work is to understand if and how much usability testing is taking place at MoJ. This work will support the creation (or not) of a business case for increasing and improving usability testing.

Who needs to be involved

  • User Researcher
  • Design System Lead

Done

This work is done when the survey results are analysed and a brief report is created and shared with the Design System Lead and the ReOps Manager.

The draft survey has been reviewed and feedback received from Rob and Nicola Simpson. The MS Form to be shared with respondents has been built and pilot tested and is ready to send out here: https://forms.office.com/e/V5sts31HAY

Due to other work taking place, I will hold off on sending this out until the Interruption Card documentation survey is closed.
