Contribution purpose

As an optional additional component to the date picker it would be useful to have a component allowing a user to select a time of day. This would be useful if a user needed to book an appointment with a solicitor or book a call back from a call centre.

This could be implemented as either drop down or as an arrow/ list of selection boxes showing available time slots.

Currently we have a dropdown list for dates and times as part of the "Check if you can get Legal Aid service": https://checklegalaid.service.gov.uk/contact (Select: "Call me back" -> "Call on another day"). However, I am unsure how much user research has been conducted on this component and believe there are ways this component could be made more user friendly.
