When testing Velero upgrades involves manual testing this could be automated like we do with integration testing

Approach

We should look into using the Velero CLI to write a script that will test all the basic functionality of Velero
this CLI gives the ability to trigger the creation deletion and restore snapshots within Velero. Scripting these changes will speed up post-cluster component upgrades. and give more confidence in Velero upgrades
