User Story

As a dashboard app owner
I want to view timing and frequency stats of user access, along with the access log
So that I can use this information to effectively prioritise development and management of the app

As a tactical solution, requestor has been asked to user the user object and output this to logs. Based on the information available there, and any gaps identified, this story can be refined to identify the user information that needs to be exposed.
